We offer FREE standard shipping on all international orders — no hidden costs at checkout.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
- United States: 5–12 business days (select items ship from our US warehouse and arrive in 2–5 business days)

- - Australia & New Zealand: 8–14 business days
- - Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia): 6–12 business days

ORDER TRACKING
Every order includes tracking. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–3 days for tracking to update after dispatch.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Most orders arrive with no extra charges. In rare cases, local customs may apply import fees, which are the customer's responsibility as per your country's regulations.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses. You'll receive tracking for each package — no extra shipping cost.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it. We cannot change the address once the order is dispatched.
