Refund policy

INKBORN - Cancellation, Return & Payment Policy

At INKBORN, every product is made-to-order and custom printed especially for you. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1) RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because all our products are custom printed on demand, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched. Please check your size, colour and design carefully before ordering (refer to the size chart on each product page).

2) ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order ONLY before it has been dispatched. Once the order is handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel, contact us immediately with your order number at inkborn.in@gmail.com.

3) CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

All COD orders require a non-refundable advance payment of Rs. 100, paid online while placing the order. This Rs. 100 is adjusted into your total order amount, so you pay only the remaining balance to the delivery agent at the time of delivery. If you cancel the order or refuse the delivery, this Rs. 100 advance will NOT be refunded, as it covers our printing and shipping costs.

4) ONLINE / PREPAID PAYMENT

Pay online (UPI / Debit or Credit Card / Net Banking / Wallet) and get a FLAT Rs. 50 OFF on your order. Prepaid orders are also packed and shipped faster.

5) DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and photos. After verification, we will provide a free replacement. This is the only case in which a replacement is offered.

6) REFUNDS

Refunds (where approved by us, for example a verified defective item that cannot be replaced) are credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The Rs. 100 COD advance is non-refundable in all cancellation cases.
