Reborn Space – Return & Refund Policy

 

At Reborn Space, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right.

 

1) 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

 

2) DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — you do NOT need to return the item.

 

3) LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If your order does not arrive within 30 days after the estimated delivery time, we will reship it for free or refund you in full — your choice.

 

4) CHANGE OF MIND

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days for unused items in original packaging. In this case, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and the refund is issued once the item reaches our returns address.

 

5) NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Used or assembled items, items damaged by misuse, and final-sale/clearance items are not eligible for return.

 

6) REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you haven't received it after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us.

 

7) ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched. Once shipped, please use the return process above.
